Founded in 2006 by Ken Brailsford, former owner of a hugely successful network marketing company in the 1990's, Enrich International, surrounded by an elite team of experienced managers, Zija is quickly becoming a formiddable force in the network marketing industry.3

Zija is all about the Moringa plant, which is known as "the miracle tree" for its nutrient-rich properties. We love Zija's montra, "Drink Life In". We find the Zija brand to be inviting, engaging, and refreshing. It's obvious this management team knows something about how to build a brand!

The first product introduced by Zija in 2006, Zija is packed in a tiny, but powerful, 5.5 oz can — a 100% all natural beverage with a light taste and over 90 verifiyable nutrients according to the company's literature. Zija contains vitamins, antioxidants, minerals, omega oils and vital proteins.

Zija has recently responded to the burgeoning energy drink market with a brand new product called XM3, which is not only marketed as a powerful energy drink, but is positioned as an appetite suppressant and a natural source of nutrition as well. We thought this was an interesting combination.

Cool packaging, but is Zija breaking from it's brand by introducing a new look and feel away from their traditional green? You be the judge.

Most recently, Zija has introduced a weight loss product to go along with their energy drink, also called XM3. We couldn't find much in the way of science on this product and don't know much about it. Zija could use some additional literature on this one.

Zija's compensation plan is multi-faceted, but is primarily a binary plan. There are 8 ways to earn commissions.

1) Direct Sales. Buy wholesale, sell retail, keep the profit.

2) First Order Bonus. Receive a 10-20% bonus (up to $100) when your personally sponsored Distributors place a first-time order.

3) Builder Bonus. Each time a personally sponsored Distributor reaches the Builder rank, you earn $30 if you are an active 150 Distributor.

4) Volume Rebate. Exceed 250 PV in any given period and receive a 10% rebate on your PV over 250. Also applies to personally sponsored distributors.

5) Team Commissions. Get placed in one of two legs in your sponsor's group, if you have at least one personally sponsored active distributor on your right and left leg, up to 15% commissions.

6) Leadership Check Match. Earn up to 8 generations, at the Senior level, on a percentage of Team Commissions.

7) Diamond Pool. Up to 4% of the company's commissionable volume for qualified Diamond Executives.

8) Multiple Business Center. Build one business center, and insert yourself again anywhere in your organization.
